Anti-Bullying Laws
America lags far behind the rest of the western industrialized countries in (a) acknowledging bullying at work, and (b) legislative ways to address it on a societal level.

2007 Saskatchewan Occupational Health & Safety Act, amendment of 1993 Act to make "harassment" an actionable work hazard, if it "adversely affects the
worker's psychological or physical well-being and that the person
knows or ought reasonably to know would cause a worker to be
